OUR STORY
A story that began around the table.
It started on October 30, 2022 with a simple but powerful idea: to bring experience, love and flavour together in the same moment.
Ofelia carries a name with a history behind it. It comes from the love of a grandmother for whom caring meant gathering family, friends and neighbours around a table, with good bread, freshly poured coffee and the certainty that there was always room for one more.
Today we honour her name with presence, warmth and hospitality at every event.
We also saw how easily a celebration turns into stress: scattered logistics, unexpected costs, timings that don't line up and vendors you can't rely on. So we built a clearer way of doing it, with a single thread running through it and one speciality at its centre: catering and buffet service.
Since then we've worked on personal celebrations, brand activations and ongoing service for companies and institutions across Mérida and Yucatán.
Every event teaches us something new. Every client adds another story to Ofelia's table.
Our purpose is to take the weight of organising off your shoulders, look after what happens before, during and after, and create experiences that bring people together, that are worth celebrating, and that stay in the memory.
