Who handles your data

Marmeri Asociados S.A.S. de C.V., operating in Mérida, Yucatán, México, is the controller of the personal data you provide through this site.

What we collect

Only what you type into the proposal request form: your name, one way to reach you (WhatsApp or email), the type of event and — if you choose to share them — the date, the number of guests, the venue, the budget, the services you selected and whatever message you write.

We do not collect sensitive data. We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.

What we use it for

Only to answer your request and put together the proposal for your event. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties.

How it travels

Your request travels encrypted to this site's server, where it is logged so we can attend to it. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, the message goes through that app and is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Analytics

We measure in aggregate which sections get used — how many people open a given question, for instance. These measurements include neither your name, your phone number, your email address nor the content of your message.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is handled, by writing to us on WhatsApp at 999 700 1810. We handle the request through that same channel.

Changes to this notice

If the way we handle data changes, for example once a corporate mailbox is in place, we will update this notice along with the date shown above.
